Copays and Deductibles
The center requires payment of your deductible, copays and coinsurance before or on the day of your surgery. Please call our office prior to your surgery date if payment arrangements are necessary.
Prior to your surgery, you may request to receive a reasonable estimate of charges. The estimate is based upon your current insurance benefits. Post-surgery, upon request, you may request an itemized bill of charges.

Holly Springs Surgery Center now has an easy, flexible financing option. With low monthly payments, BHG Patient Lending can fit your budget and make your healthcare costs more affordable. BHG Patient Lending offers affordable loans from $500–$10,000, accepts all patients with an active credit score, and allows each patient to choose the monthly payment and loan term that works with their budget—all with no prepayment penalties.

Care Credit Financial Assistance
Care Credit is accepted at Holly Springs Surgery Center to assist in paying for unexpected medical needs. Care Credit is available to our patients for purchases of $200 or more and purchases over $1000 may be eligible for 24, 36 or 48 month payment at an affordable annual percentage rate (APR). About Your Bill
Holly Springs Surgery Center will make every effort to keep this process as simple as possible. Your surgical procedure will generate several different bills from different sources:
Holly Springs Surgery Center's bill covers the use of the facility and all necessary supplies used during your surgical procedure.
You will receive separate bills from your surgeon and anesthesiologist.
Other billable services that may be used during your surgery are laboratory and/or pathology charges, radiology and some specialty items.
Our facility works with your doctor’s office to make sure we have accurate insurance information. We will contact your insurance carrier if there is any question about your eligibility. If it is determined that you are responsible for the bill in its entirety or just a portion, we will notify you before your date of surgery to make payment arrangements. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Care Credit.
